Problems with your order?
We try extra hard to fill every order correctly and pack it professionally to minimize problems; however, we are not perfect and we do make mistakes. If for any reason you experience ANY kind of problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to help you. Our goal is to have you 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please do not expect $500 quality on a $5 doll or you will be very disappointed
Item not as described?
We try our best to describe the items to the best of our ability. If for any reason the item(s) are not as described, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to rectify the error.
Item Defective?
All of our items are new directly from the manufacturer and we experience an extremely low damage claim rate due to the professional packaging. We ship hundreds of dolls each week and know how to pack them to minimize damages. But, we understand that any item may be defective and damages were not due to shipping. All defective item claims must be processed within 3 days after receipt of goods. Every attempt will be made to replace the item that is defective. Customer is responsible for shipping the items back to us promptly. If item is sold out, a credit will be issued.
Damaged During Shipping?
If UPS is used to ship your order, it is automatically insured for the full amount of the purchase. A minimum of $100 of insurance per shipment is included for any lost or damaged goods. In case there is a problem, we will work with UPS for you to resolve any claim made. History has shown us that very few orders require filing a claim. UPS is very reliable and dependable. All damaged items must be sent back to us in order to process your claim. We've not
lost the first package yet in over 6 years- "Brown" is very good to us!!
Change of Heart? Don't like the item?
We cannot afford to cancel any order, especially where you have ordered a limited edition doll. At our discounted prices, we also cannot afford to ship any items to you on approval to review. If you want to return or exchange anything, you must notify us to acquire a return authorization number prior to sending the item back to us. Any returned items are inspected to insure all original packaging intact. All canceled orders or returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 25% to cover order fulfillment costs. Customer is always responsible for shopping costs for all returned items. If an item is returned that was sent with shipping fees included, actual shipping and handling fees will be charged before credit issued.
Use of Personal Check?
Yes, we accept personal checks; however, all checks will be held until they clear the bank. If the bank returns the check to us for any reason, we will charge you a minimum of $35 plus the actual bank fees charged to cover the expenses. Please be sure a check is good before you issue it to us! It's safer using a credit card

Layaway Order
Layaway orders are intended for larger purchases over $100. With just 25% down, you can spread the remaining balance over 3 equal payments. But, if you fail to pay the final payment on time, your previous payments made will be forfeited. When order is placed, the item is pulled from inventory and ready to ship. You may pre-pay the balance due at any time and items will ship within 24 hours. Sorry, but due to limited doll editions and payment complexities, there are no refunds on layaway orders. Restocking fees will be applicable for any exchanges.
Payment Policy:
Payments are expected promptly and can be made by check, money order, debit card, credit card- Master Charge, VISA, AMX, Discover, e-check and transfers from any bank account are accepted. PayPal will be gladly accepted only if shipping to your confirmed address.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping and handling within lower 48 US states includes insured UPS Ground Services professional packaged to eliminate any damages. Our automated system will automatically email you a tracking number confirmation when item is shipped. USPS is used for International shipments and include insurance. Customer will be responsible to pay for any import duty taxes.
